Curis Diagnostic Solutions, LLC, Mobile Notary Services will provide a written receipt for any fees charged, completely separating any non-notary fees, such as travel expenses (time and expense), from the actual notary fees charged.
After the Curis Diagnostic Solutions representative and the client agree on a set fee based on the services, all fees are due and payable prior to the service being rendered. Curis Diagnostic Solutions clients will receive an invoice and receipt e-mail of the completed services. Escrow or loan cancellations have no bearing on the payment of fees. Curis Diagnostic Solutions only accepts online payment, Zelle, or Credit/Debit Card, but NO CASH payments (unless previously discussed). Payment arrangements must be made in advance of services at the time of scheduling all closings (buyer/seller).

Fuel Surcharge Fee = $35.00 (applicable outside St, Clair County, Illinois)
Mileage cost: $1.10 per mile driven (applicable when over 10-mile radius or otherwise specified).
